We were lured in by the ACYE 32.99 per person deal but ended up picking the middle tier option, which was 49.99 per person. So yes, eating here *can* be cheap/cheaper, but I definitely think the middle tier is more worth it. With the cheapest option (option A), the only beef option is brisket, and my husband and I pretty much solely eat beef when we go out for hot pot, haha. The middle tier option (option B) included New York steak, prime ribeye, and angus chuck flap options, which is what made us select option B. My husband picked the sukiyaki broth which he really enjoyed, and I loved the pork bone soup base, which was flavorful and rich. The rest of the meat and vegetables are ordered via the tablet at the table and there's a 1.5 hr time limit. During our lunch we ordered all the different types of beef, spinach, napa cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and fish ball with roe. Everything that we ordered was delivered in a timely manner and sometimes the servers would even come around and help place the dishes on our table. The food is solid, but it's the customer service that makes Haidilao such a top-notch experience. The servers always make you feel pampered, offering aprons and hair ties as soon as you get seated, and they are BEYOND polite and courteous any time you interact with them or have a request. At one point, our server saw us skimming off the fat in our soup and stopped at our table to assist us! I was taken aback (in a good way LOL) and it just showed me how above and beyond their customer service is. I'm not sure if it's something they normally do or if they were only able to because the restaurant was pretty empty, but either way, we were very appreciative of the gesture! The service was spectacular and the interior was spacious and welcoming. This was our first visit to this Haidilao location and we cannot wait to come back!

The food was great, and the environment was nice. The service was fast, and our food came out quickly--we had a good time. The only issue we encountered was with the billing. There is a discount for customers who enter after 9 PM, and we arrived at 8:36 PM, so I completely understand that we did not qualify for it. However, our waiter initially applied the discount by mistake, then voided the transaction and asked us to pay again at the regular price. I feel that if he had just honored the discounted price, I would have been happier since it was his mistake. It was a bit frustrating because I had just mentioned to my friends how I was surprised by the lower cost, only to realize I was charged incorrectly. That said, I still understand that he was just doing his job. In the end, I enjoyed my meal, so I'm giving 4 stars.

First time here and I absolutely loved it. I had always thought this was like an overhyped place for kids but this place is legit! Not only is the food pretty good, the service is especially impressive, huge shoutout to Grace for making our Chinese new years one of the best! She went absolutely above and beyond to make our night memorable and our little kid in the party feel special. I don't know if she used to work for a 5 star hotel or a Michelin class restaurant or what but she needs a raise! First time I ever spoke highly of a restaurant's service before the food. Now the food. The food was amazing!!!! We got 4 different types of broth including the mushroom, golden fish, pork bone broth, and tomato. My absolute fav was the mushroom which is their take of the Chinese herbal mushroom soup. It was not too "mediciney" at all if any, and was a clean, rich and umami rich soup, I'm obsessed! Plus they had a dessert, snack, and dressing bar! Endless popping boba!? Say no more, the kid in me and the kid in our party was sold. They also have great live entertainment incorporated throughout your meal which was great! Definitely a must try for anyone who loves hot pot, or just loves to eat!

Haidilao. WOW. They really know how to place customer experience and service a priority. Came here to celebrate my birthday and they really make it feel special for you. Perhaps it's because we are nearing the Lunar New Year, but it was very festive and I enjoy that ambiance. Because we made reservations, there was no wait at all. But if you had to wait, there are small snacks and water there as you wait. At our table, there were flowers, a gift bag and snacks waiting for us as they explain how to order from their vast hot pot menu items. They also offered to take a picture for us while providing aprons to wear and a hair tie for myself. We chose the Australian lamb (highly recommend for that delicious lamb flavor) and beef brisket. For veggies, we had crown daisy, bean curd, lotus root, sweet potato noodles, and the mixed combo (highly recommend this as it pretty much had what we individually ordered). We did the split broth: bone broth (I highly recommend for it's subtle yet meaty flavor that came with chunks of tomato, dates and goji berry.) The other broth was a medium spicy beef broth which did get pretty spicy afterall. I thought this was enough for two people and the quality of the meat and veggies were apparent. Dishes are delivered by the cat robot! Luckily someone next to us ordered the dancing noodle. Had no idea what it was but apparently someone will make the noodles dance in front of you in the aisle with people or cat robot coming and going yet he is able to do it all without falter. AMAZING! I was entralled and excited that I got to witness that. Lastly, if you are celebrating anything special, they may sing to you and give you a surprise, just let them know! Thank you for putting quality in your food and priority in your customers' happiness and well-being. All the wait staff were really attentive and friendly. No wonder they have been able to expand their operations world wide! It is all the several small touches here and there that make you stand out from the rest.

The service was on spot. Taste good and environment is good. Got a good gift from lucky wheel and baby was so happy.

Parking: 10/10. It's in an empty mall so parking is abundant. Food: 9/10. I love that they offer complimentary kids meal, which makes it very family friendly. Food is delicious and a generous sauce bar. Soup bases are standard. Atmosphere: 10/10. Spacious seating and attentive servers. Cute toys are offered for kids to keep them entertained along with kid friendly plates, bibs, and placemats. I'm a sucker to collect their merchandise with either points earned or available for purchase. I want to eat here alone one day so I can have a giant buddy to accompany me.
